The client wanted to transform in-person training for a large group of people to an online format that was more applicable to everyday challenges that are experienced in the role.  An engaging, scenario-based, interactive eLearning module that allows learners to be introduced to concepts and apply the knowledge and skills through real life scenarios was created to move away from pure content delivery.
