When working on your project, we will go through the following flow for the ultimate success.
PLAN - At this stage we will have a kick-off meeting, create a project plan, and begin organizing the content

ANALYZE - At this stage we determine learning outcomes, complete a learner analysis, discuss branding guidelines, organize content, and work on the high level design.

DESIGN - Here begins the content recommendations and designing the course structure. A lot of heavy lifting happens here, but it's worth it for smooth development.

DEVELOP - When we reach development it's time to have some fun! We will develop the content and any assessments related to the project. This is where you see all of your ideas come to life!

TEST - Quality checks and tests of the project to ensure it works as designed and can be integrated into the hosting location are completed.
